including the Mandatory "DEPOSIT", "CANCELLATION/REFUND" & "WAIVER OF LIABILITY
AND RIGHTS", as specified on CAIRN Consortium Cultural Exchange & Study Visa Programme,

to be restricted to the concerned Consulate, Embassy, VFS, immigration agencies,and SXC KTM.
All discussion, procedures, agreements or disagreements will remain under the sole jurisdiction
of the Belgium, UK, Canada and/or French jurisdiction which supervises the Cultural Visas process.
I take good note also that CAIRN Consortium and its NGOs partners TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY
IN VISA GRANTING, which is Embassy Visa Section mission per se!
I understand and agree that CAIRN Consortium (EU-NGO) is only responsible of the legal relevance
and compliance of the programme with the prevailing Cultural Visas rules and regulations, as well as
for the related agenda, logistics and bookings in situ. The chosen lodging, exhibition, events or tours
conditions in selected campus/guesthouse/hotels cover all required bookings, activities, logistics
between sites, and initiatives listed in the annexed appended documents. Accordingly, the CAIRN
Consortium is in position to issue of the present letter under the Terms of Reference for both Study
Visa or Cultural Visa submission at the relevant services and related organizations. Cairn Consortium
takes no responsibility in the fact of the Consulate/Embassy/Immigration will approve, comment or
request further clarification or further documentary evidences of the Nepalese supporting documents
presented by each applicant. This remains solely and legally the applicants and Embassy’s juridiction.
Process Fees are for real costs process, not for visas! The EU/UK Legal Per Diem Financial Guarantee
is of value: 1500 Euros (100 Euros per day X15), as the legal minimum required under the study visas
and cultural visas regulation and is to be effective before the Issuance of the present Invitation Letter.
